“We bought our home with a 25 year old in ground pool and no idea what we were doing! Joel and Lisa are always willing to help us get our pool looking sparkly. They stopped by after long days at work to help us with maintenance and when our pump broke down they lent us a rental. They eventually replaced our 25 year old liner and pump on one of the hottest days of the summer. They would check in and ask us to send photos to give us advice on keeping the water clear. “Joel and Lisa have incredible knowledge about pools and help their clients to understand the intricacies and nuances of maintaining a swimming pool in a Vermont climate. My wife and I first moved into our home in June 2018, and the owner, after promising to teach us how to maintain the pool, left it in deplorable condition, then stopped answering our phone calls.
